Do you have experience managing multiple client accounts in a digital marketing or agency environment?
We’re hiring Full-Time Client Account Managers to join our fast - growing agency serving medical and legal practices.
What You’ll Do
Manage 30–50+ client accounts as the main point of contact
Lead client support and strategy calls
Oversee projects, timelines, and deliverables
Help build and manage marketing funnels and automations
Identify and recommend upsell opportunities when appropriate
Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
Collaborate with internal teams via Slack
What We’re Looking For
Experience in account management or client services (agency preferred)
Strong organization and communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote role
Long-term mindset and interest in growth

Compensation:
💰 $1,622 – $3,784 USD/month, based on experience
